Energy performance certificates

We undertake the issuance of Certificates of Energy Performance of Buildings,

responsibly and directly and through our vast experience,

we guarantee fast service whatever the size and use of the building.

What is it and when is it needed?

The energy performance certificate (EPC) is a recognized document

issued by an energy inspector that captures the energy performance of the building.

In other words, it classifies the building as an energy category,

while the inspector records recommendations for improving its energy efficiency.

Its publication lasts for ten years and is needed for:

Civil Engineer Certificate

In every legal act including the donation cause of death, which is drawn up after the beginning of validation of this and has as object the transfer or the establishment of the actual rights upon real estate assets, is attached a responsible statement of the owner and a certificate of engineer. The engineer certificate of par. 1 of article 83 of law 4495/17, is issued by us immediately (if the property has a Building ID *) after an autopsy, with full knowledge of the responsibilities that also arise from law 4495/17.

What is a Building Electronic Identity?

The Electronic Building Identity is defined as the file that contains the details

of the building / property with a reference to the Code Number of the National Land Registry (KAEK) of the plot.

With the acquisition of Electronic Identity,

the property will be fully Legal and will have the possibility of actions such as transfer, rent, etc.

What is the process of obtaining it?

Collection of required documents (building permit plans, etc.).

Visitation of the property for autopsy / recording

Energy Performance Certificate issuance (in case it does not exist).

Static adequacy test.

Submission of the required supporting documents to the electronic system of the TEE.

Why join?

The only way to transfer an arbitrary building or a building in which arbitrary constructions have been carried out, is to have it set up. With a responsible statement of the owner and a certificate from a civil engineer, who will certify that there are no arbitrary constructions on the property other than those that have been declared and settled legally, a payment of at least 30% of the fine must be submitted for any deed to be leagal. For those arbitrarily constructions that were not subjected to the law, the provisions that apply to the arbitrary will apply. That is, they will be subjected to fines much more significant sof the fines provided by this law and will be deemed immediately demolishable.

Save up at home

What is it;

It is a co-financed program that provides incentives to citizens to improve the energy efficiency of their home, saving money and energy and increasing its value. Specifically, it provides a subsidy of up to 85% of the total cost that will be incurred for the energy upgrade & autonomy of the house.

What conditions are needed?

A necessary condition for joining the program is an energy inspection by the 1st PEA by an Energy Inspector, who will issue the required Energy Performance Certificate. Then, the interventions will be selected according to the findings / results of the inspection, in order to achieve maximum energy savings and maximum improvement of energy efficiency of homes.
